7 Steps Program
STEP 1 CREATE A PROFILE
The BURN90 app provides you program details, weight loss tracker, tools and resources. Download the application, set your profile and start your journey to a sexier and healthier lifestyle. We encourage you to monitor your progress through this application, this will provide full access of your tools.
STEP 2 IDENTIFY YOU GOAL
Have a motivating purpose to become healthier to achieve the success in your weight management program.
STEP 3 YOUR DAY 1 PHOTOS
Take your day 1 before photos and upload them to profile on the BURN90 app. Taking good quality before and after photos is key for you and others to see your transformation. Take quality photos every 30 days to visually see your changes.
• Photos must be original and may not be retouched or modified with programs such as Photoshop.
• Include the date the photos were taken.
• Use the same lightning, camera angle, clarity and pose in all photos
• Take photo from the front , side and back.
• Wear the same form-fitting exercise clothing in all photos, preferably in solid colors.
DAY 1 BEFORE PHOTOS
STEP 4 KNOW THE PROGRAM
Know the product usage, meal plan and exercise activity guidelines listed in this program. Use BURN 90 app so you can maximize these tools.
STEP 5 MONITOR YOUR DAILY SUCCESS
Monitor your daily success on BURN 90 app. Monitoring will allow to identify patterns, pitfalls and triumphs, so you can identify what’s working and what’s not.
Make sure to describe any changes in your appetite, cravings and mood and body appearance in the notes of your BURN90 app.
STEP 6 BE RESPONSIBLE
We encourage you to share your goals with another program participant to a relative or to a friend during the first week of your 90-day journey. This will strengthen your motivation and determination.
STEP 7 START YOUR TRANSFORMATION STORY
Think about how you will share your transformation story. This story tells about your 90-day journey and how the program has improved your life.
