Apple Cider Vinegar/Garcinia Cambogia Day 1 Weight loss Journey

This is my Day 1 journey with Apple Cider Vinegar and Garcinia Cambogia.

Ingredients:
-2 Table spoons of apple cider vinegar
-8 ounces of water
-cinnamon
-half a lemon
-honey
-1 tablet of Garcinia Cambogia

I take this twice a day once in the morning before any meal and once in the evening after my last meal.
