Apple Cider Vinegar/Garcinia Cambogia Day 1 Weight Loss Journey

***I am not a Physician*** I am only sharing what works and doesn’t work based on my personal experience with this diet.
This is my Day 1 journey with Apple Cider Vinegar and Garcinia Cambogia.

-2 Table spoons of apple cider vinegar
-8 ounces of water
-half a lemon
-1 tablet of Garcinia Cambogia

I take this twice a day once in the morning before any meal and once in the evening after my last meal.
