So here’s the deal with regards to what you NEED to know about garcinia cambogia dosage requirements before you get started.

Step 1 – You must first ensure that you have a high quality brand of garcinia cambogia pills/supplements before you get started. If you have a low quality brand, then it doesn’t matter the dosage you take because you will not get good results.

Step 2 – Check the supplementation Facts on your garcinia cambogia label.

This will tell you the serving size whether it is one capsule or two capsules. You will also see the amount per serving.

Most garcinia cambogia brands comes with a serving size of two capsules totaling 1000mg. This simply means that each capsules will be 500mg dose.

Step 3 – Determine how much mg garcinia cambogia capsules you want to take per day.

If you are just starting out, I recommend 1000mg garcinia – 1500mg garcinia dosage. At 1000mg, that will be 2 capsules and at 1500mg that will be 3 capsules.

Take that garcinia cambogia dosage for at least 2-3 weeks and analyze your results. If you need to lose weight faster, you can increase your dosage.

Also, the best time to take your garcinia cambogia pills is on an empty stomach and wait at least 45min – 1 hour before your meal.

As for me, I am currently taking apple cider vinegar with my garcinia cambogia supplement first thing in the morning.

Currently I am only taking a 1000mg dosage of garcinia cambogia extra that is certified with 60% HCA as well as 200mg Raspberry Ketones.
