So since I have gained some weight over the holiday season, I will be documenting my weight loss journey right here as I plan on shedding the fat so I can have a six pack abs for the summer.

Disclaimer: I am not a newbie to fitness. I have been working out for a while and I still do. I also eat healthy 60-80% of the time as I do occassionally have a treat here and there.

I say this to say that I am not just going to take garcinia cambogia and apple cider vinegar diet and sit on the couch and expect to lose weight. I will be working out and eating healthy MOST of the time.
